Matt Williams has over 22 years in the collision repair industry.  He started his career in the auto body industry in 1993 as porter and worked his way up to shop manager.  In his role as shop manager he ran day to day operations writing estimates, ordering parts, and managing employees.   He also started his own side business in 1994 doing custom paint work for motorcycles, designing tubular roll cages and other custom body fabrications. In 1996 Matt attended Ranken Technical College to further his knowledge and skills in the industry.  In 2005 he joined and Independent Appraisal company specializing in catastrophes.  This position led him to cover damages created by hurricane Katrina in New Orleans Louisiana.  During this time he set record accurate turn around times for claims in a large area being assigned up to 25 claims a day.   He then joined another independent appraisal company located in the Kansas City area to be closer to home. His role as claims adjuster had him covering most of southern Missouri, where he remained until joining Mattea Claims Service in September 2014.

We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied through the claims handling process on every level.
